This includes removal and replacing mortar between bricks and where it has been used as stucco render. Some bricks need replacing. This will be done from our existing stock or with new bricks. We are very wary of ability of the applicant to implement this use satisfactorily without further development changes and the likelihood of ending up with a frontage as poor as the (unauthorised) conversions opposite. We urge officers to use the utmost caution in determining this notification.

We have no objection to the proposals in principle but detailed drawings and specifications of the windows (including style of opening) along with external finish and material samples should be reserved by condition.

We have no objection to the proposals though note the curved elements of the shopfront appears unlikely to be achievable especially with the curved arch frame tops.
