Objection.  The scale of theproposed signage at such a prominent corner of the Conservation Area would be severely detrimental to the streetscape, harming the setting of the nearby Listed Building. We also doubt the veracity of the indicated timescale

Very strong objection. This proposal does not match the character of the site building or any surrounding building. It is a locally listed building which adjoins and is appurtenant to a Grade 2 listed building. This is an unwelcome alteration to a prominent building in our CA.
