Stoke Newington CAAC March 2016
Planning Applications for Stoke Newington CAAC Monday 14 March 2016
2, Newnton Close, N4 (3-storey building + basement containing 5 flats etc ) – 2015/4344 (Louise Smith)
We have no objection to the proposals, but make the following comment:-
- The ground floor (living room) windows are poorly conceived and they directly impinge on the New River path and vice-versa. They detract from the seclusion of this section of the path.
Stoke Newington Town Hall, N16 (Installation of rooftop access systems) – 2016/0389 (Louise Smith)
We have no objections to the proposals.
2, Northwold Road, N16 (Installation of French door and round window) – 2016/0258 (James Carleton)
We have no objections to the proposals, but make the following comment:-
- The design of the doors should match in with the frames and glazing bars of the other doors/windows on this elevation..
Please note that we were not consulted on this application
145, SN Church Street, N16 (removal of 12 satellite dishes and the installation of 3) – 2015/4246 (Nick Bovaird)
We have no objections to the proposal.

We have no objections to the proposals.
King’s Crescent Estate, N4 (Display of temporary scaffolding advert) – 2016/0575 (Toyin Omodara)
We object to the proposal for the following reason:-
- No details have been provided of the proposed adverts. We would not object if they were to be small and discrete.
