We have no objection provided that the proposed Purified Air exhaust system will adequately deal with the particulate and gaseous phases emited by the kitchen and that the maintenance procedures are adhered to.

No objection.

We object to this application which again provides no details of the proposed replacement windows. There is no explanation of the hatching around the proposed paving in the rear garden. We have serious concerns about the extent of the new stone paving and whether it is permeable. The party wall with No. 46 appears to be the original wall and should be repaired in part, if required, rather than being replaced.

We welcome this proposal to carry out these important repairs and maintenance work on this listed building.

We have no objection to this application provided the noise from the ventilation/extract duct does not adversely impact on the residential accomodation on the upper floors.

We object to this application. We are of the opinion that the space would be more appropriate for a commercial rather than residential use. The applicant has not made a case to justify the change of use.
