The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal though note the relative sparsity of information on the replacement wayfinding totems compared to the extant notice boards.

The Clapton CAAC notes the proposed rear elevation shows a much larger roof extension rising well above the ridge and chimney stacks. This is not reflected in the proposed section nor front elevation. In addition the front elevation requires more detail to understand the effect of the rooflights on the appearance, and the proposals lack a credible roof plan that might explain more. Until the drawings are rectified to be consistent and the works clearly understood, we object to the plans as submitted.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal save to observe the relatively cramped accommodation, lack of amenity and potential maintenance impact of the cladding material and sedum roof.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal as drawn. However the application description refers to a ground floor rear extension which is not represented in any drawings. Until such a time as this element is clarified, we object to any rear extension.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal except to what appears to be a railing above the proposed extension shown only on the proposed side elevation OR.83.PR.04. This should be clarified or removed to prevent the creation of a roof terrace.
