We have no objection to the proposed extension, but we should like to see more permeable surfaces used on those parts of the garden which are either paved or decked.

We object to this application. While we have no problem with the change of use, the extent of the proposed roof plant is excessive.

We object to the car parking on the forecourt, parking is available close by in the street. We are pleased that there has been a reduction in the number of floors and have no objection to the proposed development. We feel that the success of the building will depend on the quality of materials and workmanship.

We object to this application. We think that the advertising panel should only extend to the first and second floor of the building and we ask the Planning Department to consider whether we really need another advertisement in the Kingsland Road.
