We object to the proposals on grounds of it being overdevelopment, and an overbearing rear extension.

There are insufficient drawings for us to assess this application. The only drawings available are a block plan, site plan and context elevation.

 

2018/3585 127 Stoke Newington Church Street N16 0UH Change of use from retail shop (A1) to mixed use of retail (A1) to the front and nail bar (A1/Sui Generis) to the rear part of the unit. (Alyce Jeffery)

We have no objection to the proposals, however, we suggest the applicant is reminded that advertising consent is needed to make any changes to the shopfront, which have already been implemented (along with the refused scheme).
