We object to the proposals for the following reasons:-

The mansard roof extension is not appropriate in this location.
The proposed 3-storey building will further upset the balance and symmetry of the Abney Park Cemetery entrance gates and lodges.
The existing ‘ghost’ advertisement on the flank wall of No. 217 will be lost.

More information on the purpose of the changes to the windows and the uses of the rooms served by them is required to assess this proposal.
