We have no objection to the proposals.

We object to the proposal. The Application lacks either a Planning Stement or D&AS which are needed to justify the design decisions. Whilst changes to the outward appeareance appear modest, they lack enough detail to give us any confidence. In any event, more detail of the proposed front elevation and new door are needed, and an assessment of the impact of the substantial increase of domestic use on the character of the builidng and immediate area.

 

2019/1340 1-14 Meroe Court 80 Bouverie Road N16 0AF Replacement of existing single glazed timber windows and doors with new uPVC double glazed windows and doors. Replacement of communal main entrance doors with powder coated steel communal doors (Kim Aukett 020 8356 4740)

We object to the uPVC widows which do not match the current profile and will be to the detriment of views from Cemetary.
