2020/3495 14 Wilberforce Road, N4 2SW Construction of a hip to gable roof conversion, a rear dormer and insertion of 2no. front roof lights associated with a loft conversion. Full Planning Permission (Claire Moore)

The Stoke Newington CAAC objects to the proposals. The hip to gable is contrary to policy and would harm the appearance of the Conservation Area and disturb the established rhythm of the roof form the CA was created to protect for further erosion. In addition the quality of resultant amenity is poor and the cumulative effect of this and previous consents constitute overdevelopment of the host property.
