This is a re-submission following a previous proposal for a roof addtition which the CAAC objected to albeit noting that the principle of a mansrd roof might be acceptable subject to a more appropriate. Unfortunately, the current proposal continues to overwhelm the existing building and would read as incongrous feature on a highly prominent building in the conservation area.
